Support
One address reaches a person: [email protected]. What follows is what to include so the first reply is useful rather than a request for more detail.
Reporting something in the app
Report from inside the app where you can — tap and hold a post, or use the report button on a profile or a voice room. That routes the report to moderators with the content attached, which email cannot do.
Email is the right channel when the app is not: somebody is contacting you off-platform, you cannot sign in, or the problem is with a moderator.
Appealing a mute, kick or ban
Every sanction comes with a reason, shown in your notifications. Reply to that reason by email and include the account's display name and roughly when it happened.
Appeals are read by somebody who was not involved in the original decision wherever that is possible.
Your data
Getting a copy
Email from the address on the account and ask. You will get the profile, posts, replies, messages and reputation held for that account.
Deleting your account
You can do this yourself, without asking anybody: You → Account deletion in the app. It is immediate and it cannot be undone.
Your account, profile, gamertags, reputation, likes, follows, blocks and group memberships are erased. Threads, replies and chat messages you wrote stay, with your name removed from them — because deleting them would delete the conversations other people had around them, and those are not yours to remove. Privacy sets this out in full.
If you would rather somebody did it for you, or you cannot sign in, email us.
Security
If you have found a vulnerability, email [email protected] with "security" in the subject and enough detail to reproduce it. Please give us a reasonable chance to fix it before publishing. We will not pursue anybody who reports in good faith and does not access, alter or retain other people's data.
How long a reply takes
Spawnhall is small. Most email is answered within a few days; anything involving somebody's safety is handled first.
